Simba’s lifelong dream of opening his own bakery became a reality during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. After years of working with top hospitality brands across Africa and abroad, he returned to Zimbabwe and eventually settled in Victoria Falls, where his passion for transforming the culinary scene flourished. Starting from making fresh pasta at home to mastering sourdough bread in a professional kitchen, Simba’s Artisan Bakery was born, bringing his vision to life and quickly becoming a local favorite.
